REFUNDS

 

Due to the nature of the made to order physical stock items, all physical product sales in the “Shop” are final and no refund will be issued.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Cancellation of any play session must be done at least 24 hours in advance of the session to qualify for store credit to the amount paid for the cancelled session.
